One in particular, Nemesis, began the Immortal War – the bloodiest war in human history. Nemesis and his wife Lamia were imprisoned in an attempt to end the war. For twenty years Nemesis has waited for release…. Soon, Nemesis will get his wish. THE TOWER is the final book in the Immortal War trilogy.”

Shapeshifting? No Psychic? Some are, some aren’t
Mind control? Hypnotizing more than mind control Does their blood heal mortals? Only if turned into a vampire
What are their fangs like? Evident, but nothing to go to a cosmetic dentist about
Skin color when after rebirth: Same as before
Attractiveness after rebirth: Same as before. Blood sucking won’t change ugly.
How do they feed? Either via a bite, energetically, or both
What does the mortal experience when fed on? Depends on the situation
What do they feed on? Human only? Evil souls only? Depends on the vampire’s preference
Do they kill? Or only drink? Do they have a conscious? Depends on the vampire’s preference
Are there clans or a hierarchy? They’re a species

How is a vamp created in your world? The original species was born as a cross-breed, those created from the blood of one of the originals retain their human element, just enhanced. All can breed via procreation.

What happens when they are changed? They ‘die’ then come back.

Is religion involved in you vamp world and what kind? There is a connection with pagan elements and old Judaism/Christianity in that the species dates back to Enochian times.

Is war or fighting a big theme in your books? Only in one of them. The actual struggle is more an inner one which occasionally stems out to include others.

How did vampires “start” in your world? Watcher angels breeding with human women.

Who is your top vampire character?
Nemesis comes to mind first as he’s a very overpowering kind of character. Initially we meet him as an amnesiac and learn more about him and his origins as he discovers them. He’s the embodiment of our own constant struggle between what we’d like to do and what is acceptable. There are no half-measures with Nemesis. He’s very much all or nothing in extremes.

Who is your favorite vampire writer? Most recently, Molly Harper. Her books aren’t horror, they’re very much comedy.

What music goes best with your series? Industrial gothic music. Hands down.

Anything else to say to perspective readers about your series? I hope you enjoy it.

Thank you, Suzi, for sharing your Biters with us!

 The Vampire Matrix

Garlic Problematic indeed! Stake You know, I don’t think they encounter stakings at all!
Sunlight/ UV Only for the first 100 years of existence is sunlight harmful for them Holy water/crosses Affects the enemy Lilithan vampires, but not the Welshire Family
Running water unaffected Drowning Nope
Silver Not a bother Fire Some fear it, others can control it.
Coffin sleep a must? No, they get moody or fashionable about it. Homeland dirt a must? No
Decapitation Kills them Do they need to be invited in? No
Do they sparkle? HELL NO Do they cast a shadow? Yes
Do they show up on film or video? Yes Do they have a reflection? It fades over time.
Eye color change with hunger? Yes to red Blood tears? On occasion.
Die if not fed? No, just decrepit. When killed, what is left? A body that has to be burned.
Eat solid food? Yes, meats mostly. Create offspring by blood? Perhaps…
Have sex? Yes Fertile? Perhaps…
Immortal? Yes Enhanced strength? Yes
Enhanced senses? Yes Enhanced speed? Yes
Enhanced healing? Yes Flight? Some Welshire Levitate, the Lilithan enemies turn into crows
Shapeshifting? One side of the Welshires are canine, the other side feline. Psychic? Telepathic with their twin siblings and parents/sires
Mind control? For some. Does their blood heal mortals? Yes
What are their fangs like? Always there, but extend longer for feeding
Skin color when after rebirth: Pale
Attractiveness after rebirth: Beautiful
How do they feed? Biting the neck or wrist of victims
What does the mortal experience when fed on? Euphoria
What do they feed on? Human only? Evil souls only? Bad vamps kill people, good vamps pick up on bad people or animals.
Do they kill? Or only drink? Do they have a conscious? Most kill without conscious, but there are a few good rebels in the Family
Are there clans or a hierarchy? Yes, The Welshires are a medieval family that become vampires. The Lilithan coven are their rivals.
  • Lilith 333x500How is a vamp created in your world? The initial Family is created by Mestiphles, a shady satanic figure. Others are by a blood exchange.
  • What happens when they are changed? They become immortal.
  • Is religion involved in you vamp world and what kind? Some question the ideas of good and evil and Christianity and how they fit into the larger picture.
  • Is war or fighting a big theme in your books? The first book The Vampire Family is about the coven wars between the Welshires and Lilithan thru the centuries. The series Fate and Fangs follows individual characters thru their period adventures.
  • How did vampires “start” in your world? Mestiphles wants a new race to do his evil bidding, but his plans never seem to pan out the way he intends!
  • Who is your top vampire character? Most readers seem to like Victoria, the unabashedly selfish and evil daughter of Antonio. She was born in the 12th century but can’t quite get a handle on the 21st unless it is something that benefits her. Her twin brother James, however, is the opposite, very unhappy at being a vampire, brooding and always signing up for the latest war.
  • Who is your favorite vampire writer? I suppose Anne Rice. Until her books there really wasn’t anything other than Dracula to read. That’s why I started writing my own, I wanted to read something that wasn’t being written.
  • What music goes best with your series? What do you play to get in the mood for writing these blood-thirsty fiends? It depends on the time period in which I’m writing. Sometimes its medieval chanting and classic music, or seventies witchy rock, or like Evanescence nineties. Sometimes I refer to music in the story itself, and the vampires are called out for some of their atypical or obvious song selections.
  • Anything else to say to perspective readers about your series? When Fate and Fangs first came out, I had to tell everyone that it wasn’t like Twilight. Now people tell me they are glad it isn’t like that. Vampire fiction has always been around and is still be published, you just have to know where to look for it!

The Great Vampire Dispute ~ Killion Slade’s Vamps

Welcome back, Biters, to our on-going discussion of vampires… To sparkle, or not to sparkle, that is the question. Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of critics, or take arms against a sea of vampire fanatics, and by opposing them, to die an unrecoverable series death, THAT is the question.

Our next victim is a married writing team who goes by the name Killion Slade. They are a fun team that storyboards their characters inside Second Life as their avatars. Never to be swayed by convention, Killion Slade stands up against the battery of The Great Vampire Dispute’s questions.

KILLION’S VAMPS

“They can’t touch you!” What could possibly go wrong at Orlando’s beloved Global Studios Halloween Scream Nights theme park? Cheyenne O’Cuinn’s task is to study fear even though she is the biggest chicken on the planet. In order to carve out a slice of the billion dollar scare industry for her online role-play company, she researches what causes people to run screaming out of haunted attractions.
Determined to face her own fear of Oldhouseophobia, Cheyenne confronts her bloodcurdling obsession – the dreaded haunted house. Her worst nightmare manifested, Cheyenne is brutally attacked and left for dead by a rogue vampire. Splattered across the front page of the Orlando Sentinel, Cheyenne discovers her sisters are missing while she recovers in the hospital.
The ransom call from the kidnapper sets into motion the rabbit hole of a parallel supernatural reality she invades to rescue her family. In a race against the hourglass, Cheyenne confronts a double-agent vampire, a cyberchondriac werewolf, and a mafioso dragon. Can they be trusted to help her, or are they a part of the twisted scheme?
With her sister’s lives on the line, Cheyenne has no choice but to beat the kidnappers at their own game and ensnare them with her own brand of deception.

Decapitation Will kill them Do they need to be invited in? Nope

Do they show up on film or video? yes Do they have a reflection? yes
Eye color change with hunger? yes Blood tears? yes
Die if not fed? eventually When killed, what is left? They can be killed twice.  Once kills the living vampire, the second would kill them in the ultimate death.  Revert to the age their body should be – usually disintegrate into ash.
Eat solid food? yes Create offspring by blood? As living vamps – yes
Have sex? Oh yeah! Fertile? yes
Immortal? yes Enhanced strength? yes
Enhanced senses? yes Enhanced speed? yes
Enhanced healing? Only if they have human blood to help heal Flight? nope
Shapeshifting? yes Psychic? Not unless they had it before
Mind control? yes Does their blood heal mortals? nope
What are their fangs like? They can control them to be fierce and intimidating or functional for eating.
Skin color when after rebirth: The same as they were before only newer
Attractiveness after rebirth: The peak of their attractiveness
How do they feed? Living Vamps can eat normal food but must have human blood to support the vampire DNA.  Non-living vamps only can consume human blood to survive.
What does the mortal experience when fed on? Anything the vampire chooses them to feel.  From absolute terror to absolute euphoria.
What do they feed on? Human only? Evil souls only? Rogues vamps kill and eat anything they want and in way they want.  The modernized vamps choose to hunt their prey with class as to not make a mess.  They do not have to kill in order to feed upon the humans.  In fact, they protect their humans food stores.
Do they kill? Or only drink? Do they have a conscious? Very conscious and proactive thinking about the future and the welfare of their humans.
Are there clans or a hierarchy? More of a hierarchy

  • final-mock-upHow is a vamp created in your world? Living vamps are born into existence, as well as dhampirs (half human/human vamp) – they can also be attacked . If enough vampire DNA is exchanged in the attack, then the change can occur.
  • What happens when they are changed? They turn into a living, breathing vampire who is immortal. Will stay that way until meeting the ultimate death and become the night walker.
  • Is religion involved in you vamp world and what kind? No religion, no cult. Simply another species which live on the planet with all the other supernaturals creatures.  Maintaining a low radar among the humans, just below the fold.
  • Is war or fighting a big theme in your books? Vamps are trying to keep the humans from blowing up the planet, thereby destroying them all.  There is always internal wars, pure blood vampires fighting against rogue vampires for power.
  • How did vampires “start” in your world? Cain and Lilith. We are working on a book where this story is explained and how the Ten Commandments where misunderstood – humans were put on the earth for the vampires sustenance, not where humans were to top of the food chain.
  • What made vampires a reality in your world? Every culture, every country has vampire lore. We decided to integrate the vampires fully into modern human culture.
  • Who are your characters?
Khaldon Seters – Direct Descendant of Sekhmet the Egyptian Warrior Goddess – many centuries old
Cheyenne O’Cuinn – Raised as human, attacked at 27 and turned into living vampire
  • Who is your favorite vampire writer? Molly Harper and Christopher Moore
  • What music goes best with your series? It depends on the scene. I prefer music movie scores with dark, haunting melodies to listening to anything with words.
  • Anything else to say to perspective readers about your series? The World of Blood series is a modern take on the “what if” vampires lived among us. It is based upon gamers, software engineers, computer programmers, and other cool global communication employment.  Not your typical 40 year old virgin who lives in his mom’s basement.  Vampires are trying to save the planet from the humans blowing it up, but to do that, the vampires will have to take control over the planet by destroying all the political leaders, military, and governments. In order to save the planet, they have to enslave mankind.

The Great Vampire Dispute ~ Billie Sue Mosiman’s Vamps

Next up on our vampire list is author Billie Sue Mosiman. She has a unique take on the vampire lore we know so well. Similar to witch stories, her lead character must choose what sort of vampire she’ll be. Will she be a goodie? Or a baddie? Will she choose violence over peace? Will she go to the dark side, or use The Force for good? The battle between good an evil is in all of us, so this tale’s got a little for everyone.

Let’s find out more about Billie Sue’s vamps and how they will choose.

How do they feed? Bite – anywhere.
What does the mortal experience when fed on? Pain and then a gentleness into the deep night of death.
What do they feed on? Human only? Evil souls only? Many feed from vampire owned blood banks. The Predators often kill and feed off human victims.
Do they kill? Or only drink? Do they have a conscience? Some kill—the Predators. The Naturals and Cravens do not kill. A few have a conscience.
Are there clans or a hierarchy? There are three clans or types of vampires. Predators who when they want will kill humans. Naturals who live like humans, never being discovered. Cravens live together in communal housing and rarely go out and never feed from humans.

  • legionsofthedarkHow is a vamp created in your world? Never vampires are rarely made by another vampire. If they are in a family of vampires then around their teen years the disease takes hold due to heredity and during the death back to life episode they choose in a blood dream what sort of vampire they will become, either Predator, Natural, or Craven.
  • What happens when they are changed? They come back to themselves from the changing in the dream and are helped by family to adjust to their immortality and what it entails.
  • Is religion involved in you vamp world and what kind? Though the vampires, even the oldest of them, have no personal perception of God, they know there is one.
  • Is war or fighting a big theme in your books? It’s not a big theme. One war occurs. In the third novel a vampire appears others believe is the Christ of Anti-Christ.
  • How did vampires “start” in your world? It occurred in the beginning of mankind on earth. They have always been a part of the word. What made vampires a reality in your world? There is a group of vampires in England who have been researching their disease to find a way to cure it.
  • Hunter_of_the_Dead_-_Kindle_CoverWho are your characters?
1.) Dell Campian, a teen in the first novel, turns during her last year in high school. She marries a human and becomes the mother of Malachi, a dhamir, who most of the vampires believe is the legendary and prophesied vampire who would come to change the vampire world where they are all separated into three kinds.
2.) Mentor is the oldest of all the clans and he helps new, young vampires in their death dreams where they must choose what sort of vampire they will become for the rest of infinity.
    3) Malachi, dhampir son of Dell Campion, suffers the loss of his wife. He must decide to let his mother turn him, by bite and blood infusion, into full vampire so he has all the abilities of vampire in order to track his wife’s murderer—and to prevent a full out war between all the vampire nations.
    4) Ross, the de facto leader of the Predator vampires who runs the blood banks and often squabbles over morality with Mentor.
5.) Charles Upton, a human billionaire dying of a disease with similar symptoms of vampirism. He searches the world over for a real vampire to help him turn into one so he will never die.
  • Who is your favorite vampire writer? Anne Rice.
  • What do you play to get in the mood for writing these blood-thirsty fiends? No, I don’t listen to music often when writing.
  • Anything else to say to perspective readers about your series? Noting the symptoms of porphria were like what affects vampires, I wrote about how it mutated in some humans creating vampires. I took a medical point of view for the origin. The vampires, especially the Naturals, who work so hard to fit into the normal human world, question their own souls, hoping they have one, and the consequences of their actions and those of the other types of vampires.

The Great Vampire Dispute ~ A.D. Vick’s Vamps

I have a relatively new vampire writer to share with you today. A.D. is a horror writer and winner of HorrorAddicts.net‘s 2013 Writer’s Workshop. His story about spiders was produced by HorrorAddicts.net for Episode #99. A.D. is a promising new voice in horror and here he is to talk about his vamps.

A.D.’S VAMPS

Outfit post and Halloween 002Author name: A.D. Vick

What is the title of your series? Tales of Dark Romance and Horror is the name of my e book. It’s a collection of short stories and novelettes of which only four entries are vampire oriented. Of the four, only two are related. These include A Fall from Grace and its sequel, A Fall from Grace: Metamorphosis. These may or may not become part of a larger series.

How many books are currently for sale or listen? One eBook is currently for sale. I am offering these stories online both individually and as a full collection. Additionally, there are other pieces of fiction that I’m holding back for submission to other publications.

How many total in the series to date? Only one vampire appears in the Fall from Grace series so far, her name is Lady Andrea. If I continue with this series I will likely bring in more of her associates.

What is your vampire story about? Jessie Tucker is a promising second-year divinity student at the Good Shepherd Baptist College of Theological Studies, which is situated in a small southern city. In spite of his high grades and Zeal for the Lord, Jessie has a secret: He’s obsessed with a darkly mysterious woman who passes by his home every evening at night fall. When he travels a darkened road beyond the confines of the city to learn more about her, he gets more than he bargained for.

Where can readers buy, read, or listen to your vampire series? Currently, my vampire series and other dark offerings can be found, with descriptions of each at Http://www.romanceandhorror.com/

THE VAMPIRE MATRIX

Garlic Not effected Stake Can kill them.
Sunlight/ UV Cannot take sunlight Holy water/crosses No effect
Running water No effect Drowning No effect
Silver No effect Fire Temporarily disfigure
Coffin sleep a must? Yes Homeland dirt a must? No
Decapitation Will destroy vampire Do they need to be invited in? No
Do they sparkle? No Do they cast a shadow? Yes
Do they show up on film or video? Yes Do they have a reflection? Yes
Eye color change with hunger? May turn red Blood tears? Yes
Die if not fed? Eventually When killed, what is left? Bones
Eat solid food? No Create offspring by blood? Yes
Have sex? Feeding can be sexual Fertile? No
Immortal? Yes Enhanced strength? Yes
Enhanced senses? Yes Enhanced speed? Yes
Enhanced healing? Yes Flight? Yes, as a bat
Shapeshifting? Yes Psychic? Yes
Mind control? Yes Does their blood heal mortals? Yes

What are their fangs like? Extended canines.

Skin color when after rebirth: The same only more pale.

Attractiveness after rebirth: Yes. Often irresistible attractiveness

How do they feed? Generally through biting the neck. My vampire Angeline used a razor blade to gently cut her willing victim.

What does the mortal experience when fed on? It depends upon the mindset of the mortal. For some it’s an erotic experience. For others it’s terrifying.

What do they feed on? Human only? Evil souls only? They prefer to feed on humans but other mammals will do if necessary. My vampires differ. Lady Andrea from the A Fall from Grace series enjoys feeding on the story’s protagonist for mutually erotic encounters. Otherwise, she prefers to feed upon those she believes deserve it. These she will kill without hesitation. My male vampire from The Coven doesn’t discriminate.
Mira and Darkling

Do they kill? Or only drink? Do they have a conscience? Again, my vampires differ on this. Lady Andrea often kills, but may choose not to. She does have a conscience, but is most definitely a predator with a dark side.

Are there clans or a hierarchy? Yes, but I barely explored this theme as of yet.

How is a vamp created in your world? Blood exchange

What happens when they are changed? Confusion at first, but with enhanced senses and physical abilities. A blood lust quickly develops.

Is religion involved in you vamp world and what kind? My vampires are not religious but some humans appearing in the stories are very much so. I enjoy the play between a human victim falling back upon religion as it clashes with the blood lust, raw sexuality and dark personality of the vampire.

Is war or fighting a big theme in your books? One of my stories, which is entitled Rosalie, opens after a coup d’etat in the United States by right-wing religious fundamentalists. The story involves themes of government/religious oppression, witchcraft and forbidden seduction. There are no vampires in that story however.

How did vampires “start” in your world? Since I primarily write short stories, I really haven’t given this matter much thought or exploration.

What made vampires a reality in your world? While I haven’t explored this question, I’ll have to say that the existence of the supernatural and/or magick permeates all of my stories in one way or the other.

Who is your top vampire character. I’d have to say that I like Lady Andrea. As a character, I’ve spent more time with her and have developed her complex personality more than the others. She exists in modern times; but as I mentioned earlier, I haven’t really explored origins since I generally write short stories.

Who is your favorite vampire writer? I would have to say Anne Rice, but I also enjoy Nancy Kilpatrick and am currently reading a wonderful novel by Jeanne Kalogridis.

What music goes best with your series? What do you play to get in the mood for writing about these blood-thirsty fiends? Nothing puts me in the mood better than doom metal or melodic death/doom.

If you missed A.D.’s story on HorrorAddicts.net, I’ve put a play button here so you can listen.

Thank you, A.D., for sharing your vamps!

The Vampire Matrix

Garlic Not a factor Stake Doesn’t work
Sunlight/ UV Causes sunburn or tan Holy water/crosses Causes laughter
Running water Doesn’t faze them Drowning They don’t have to breathe
Silver Hurts more than wood? Fire They enjoy fire
Coffin sleep a must? no Homeland dirt a must? no
Decapitation That will kill them Do they need to be invited in? no
Do they sparkle? Hell no Do they cast a shadow? yes
Do they show up on film or video? yes Do they have a reflection? yes
Eye color change with hunger? Not usually Blood tears? Yes
Die if not fed? They go insane/feral When killed, what is left? A bloody corpse
Eat solid food? Not usually Create offspring by blood? Yes
Have sex? Often Fertile? Only Lilith
Immortal? Yes Enhanced strength? Yes
Enhanced senses? Yes Enhanced speed? Yes
Enhanced healing? Yes Flight? Yes, they have bat-like wings
Shapeshifting? Not yet Psychic? Yes, they can read the minds of those weaker than themselves.
Mind control? Some, but it is not common. Does their blood heal mortals? Wouldn’t know, this isn’t something they would ever try.
What are their fangs like? This is an aspect I do not really get into. They are not a dominant part of their description, but they are there.
Skin color when after rebirth: Some are pale, some are even more pale, and some retain their human hue.
Attractiveness after rebirth: They mostly look the same, but some do get more beautiful (usually when they are particularly demonic). The “curse” manifests in each of them uniquely.
How do they feed? They drink blood from cups, from those kept alive and hanging in designated rooms (or in cages), and from unsuspecting mortal prey.
What does the mortal experience when fed on? A feeling similar to human orgasm. This also occurs when biting into each other.
What do they feed on? Human only? Evil souls only? Any human is fair game to them, although they have been known to feed on each other.
Do they kill? Or only drink? Do they have a conscious? They usually kill their prey, but they don’t always, sometimes they create slaves out of them. My vampires have a conscious, but only toward one another, humans are seen as only as a source of pleasure or fulfillment.
Are there clans or a hierarchy? Yes, there are vampires who have created a hierarchy and then there is the Dark Brood, who are the truly demonic.

How is a vamp created in your world? Vampires are created when one of them drains a human of all their blood and then feeds them drops of their own in the traditional manner.

What happens when they are changed? When created, they are struck by an unbearable pain. The bones of their back break and tear from their skin, folding out from them. Their skin pulls and tightens over the bone, to create large bat-like wings. Their eyes turn black and in some cases, so does their hair. Large claws grow out from where their human nails once were and they cry out in agony. When it is done, they are left trembling in a pool of their own blood, naked and hungry.

goddessesIs religion involved in you vamp world and what kind? My books are seeped in religion. Lilith is the first woman created by God and she is cursed by Him. She goes on to build temples of her own and is worshipped as a Goddess. Those from her temples who are created become the next Goddesses and create their own temples of worship, which is how they are brought human blood to feed on. Ishtar, Hel, Nephthys, Isis, and Anath are examples of Goddesses I have used as characters in my series. Lucifer also has a very large role.

Is war or fighting a big theme in your books? Yes. My books take place in the ancient world, where war was common and knowing battle was expected. In my second book, Sons of Cain, war is a major theme and there is a large battle between vampires and werewolves.

What made vampires a reality in your world? Lilith was cursed by God for attempting to leave Adam and the Garden of Eden. She is the first created, but she is not “tied” in blood to the rest. Her death would have no effect on the others. Cain was also cursed by god and became a demon like Lilith. Together, they have three sons, which Lilith bears as a human woman would, and these three boys are the first vampires of the world.

Who are your top vampire characters?

  1. Lilith- She is smart, tough, manipulative, and beautiful in her own demonic way. As time goes on, she becomes a bit insane and it makes her unpredictable, which I really enjoy. She was created by God as the first woman and is “saved” by Lucifer himself. She was cursed for believing all women are equal to men and she spreads her words of female equality throughout the lands.
  2. Almóðr- This character was a human Viking found on the beach by Lilith’s son, Enosch. I call him The Pale Beast b/c when he was created, his skin turned very pale, his hair turned white, and his eyes became the glazed over stare of death. He is particularly brutal and is used as Enosch’s assassin. He has only one love in his life and that is the Goddess, Hel. Almóðr was created in the early Middle Ages.

Who is your favorite vampire writer? Anne Rice, I find that we have a lot in common in the way that we create our stories and view our characters.

What music goes best with your series? The biggest influence for Goddesses of Lilith is Dax Riggs. His dark, dreamy music really influenced the writing of my book and always inspires me. For the next book, Sons of Cain, I had to get into a much darker place. I listened to the band Cancerslug mostly, which is a really brutal punk band.

Anything else to say to perspective readers about your series?
The first book, Goddesses of Lilith is a collection of five short stories, placed together into one novel. Each section of this book tells the story of a particular vampire Goddess, yet they all flow together, intermingling as one story. It is very pro-feminine in nature and takes a look at ancient mythology in a different perspective.

Sons of Cain is the masculine side of the story. It follows Cain when he leaves Lilith and tells the tale of the men. It is more historic in nature and includes much more war, sex, and violence. These vampires are not nice, they are demons, and they follow the rules and ways of Lucifer. Other beings, such as werewolves and fallen angels, are also part of these stories.

The Great Vampire Dispute ~ Leigh M. Lane’s Vamps

Next on my list for modern vampire writers is Leigh M. Lane. Leigh is a new friend of mine that writes a vampire out of the norm. Jane the Hippie Vampire is broke, homeless, and vegan. Not quite the sultry, romantic trope we’re used to, but interesting just the same. When asked about her series, Leigh said, “Jane is a transient, her encounters modeled after the 70’s series Kung-Fu. Each “episode” offers a piece of her past as well as a glimpse into her current search for redemption.”

Well, I for one can’t wait to find out about Leigh’s hippie vampire. Let’s check her out!

In Love Beads, Jane crosses paths with a middle-aged man who’s encountered her kind before–but he seems happy just to have the company. Of course, appearances can be deceiving, and his secret might just prove to be the end of her.
